Debra Lavell has been a Program Manager at Intel for over 10 years and System Engineer – Strategic Initiatives for the past 2+ years. Nearly 13 years at Intel; her entire career has been focused on implementing best practices within various biz groups to improve results. She has developed, designed, and delivered training in various disciplines such as requirements engineering, organizational learning, retrospectives, life cycle management and most recently user experience.
Debra Lavell is now a Business Group Relationship Mgr. in the Intel Corporation Talent Planning Group. Essentially, She’s a liaison with Business HR Senior Staffs as critical business partner to ensure that enterprise learning and development solutions are designed to meet strategic business needs. Additionally, she ensure that the biz group learning strategies effectively leverage and utilize the enterprise core programs. Debra Lavell also serve as a principal at the PMA.
